The EC will work with the individual to determine appropriate assessments and assessment sites and then will document these on the ESS-C-278 Plan for Assessment. The EC will email the ESS-C-278 Plan for Assessment to the DRS Counselor for approval and comments. If approved the DRS Counselor will email the signed ESS-C-278n Plan for Assessment back to the EC and they may proceed with the assessments. If the EC does not receive a response from the DRS Counselor within five (5) business days, they may proceed with the assessments. At the completion of the milestone, the EC will submit the required documentation for payment to the DRS Counselor.
