ESS-C-173 Team Meeting Report is completed by the EC with the individual to document the results of the team meeting between EC, the individual, any person or persons requested by the individual, the DRS Counselor, and any other person or persons asked to attend. The Team Meeting will identify the interests, skills, abilities, capabilities, and priorities of the individual. The team will also choose businesses to contact to learn about what they do, job duties, and functions and explore the possibility of negotiating a new job with the employer within the business. The goal of the new job is to meet the needs of both the employer and the individual. The Team Meeting Report must be submitted to DRS Counselor by email for payment, and a copy is retained in the individual’s Case Documentation file.
