Crisis Center (for battered women)

The purpose of the Crisis Center program is to provide safe shelter, counseling and support services for adult victims of domestic and sexual violence and their dependent children. Other Crisis Center staff persons provide counseling, childcare, and monitored child visitations for non-custodial parents. The location of the shelter is confidential. To talk to the shelter about its services or to be admitted to the shelter call 580-234-7644 or 1-800-966-7644. If victims from surrounding counties need shelter, the Crisis Center staff will try to help with transportation. The 24-hour crisis line can assist callers with crisis intervention, information, referrals and safety planning. The crisis line number is 580-234-7644 or 800-966-7644.

Habitat for Humanity - Enid

Enid Habitat for Humanity's program is designed to make home ownership possible for low-income families that don’t qualify for traditional loans, but have demonstrated the ability to repay a Habitat mortgage and are in urgent need of a safe, decent place to live.
